Task:

  1. You should already be in contact with WX-BRIEF.
  2. Obtain the "Destination" from the "Flight Plan" section.
  3. Perform the following sub-steps, to enter weather information, from WX-BRIEF, into the "Weather Log," for Destination:
    1. Enter Ceiling, Visibility, & Precipitation, as follows.
      Ceiling, Visibility, and Precipitation
    2. Enter Winds Aloft as follows.
      Winds Aloft
    3. Enter Icing and Freezing Level as follows.
      Icing and Freezing Level
    4. Enter Turbulence and Cloud Tops as follows.
      Turbulence and Cloud Tops
    5. Enter Position of Fronts, Lows, and Highs, as follows.
      Position of Fronts, Lows, and Highs
  4. Obtain the Altimeter Setting, from WX-BRIEF, for the Destination, and note it in the "Weather Log,", somewhere, for Destination.
