Calling Tower for Approaching Airport

In this paragraph, you will call the Tower, to obtain instructions for Approach and Landing.

Task:

1. Call the Tower, providing the following information:
   • Who: Identify your Aircraft Type and ID.
   • Where: Provide your location.
   • What: Make your request.

   The following table provides a sample call to the Tower.
2. Wait for instructions, and listen carefully.

   They will:

   • Assign the Runway Number, and
   • Provide any additional instructions, such as Heading.
3. Remain in contact with the Tower.
